Over 30 years of stonework shaped by an artisan's eye.
Saul Henson Stonework was founded in 2009, built on years of hands-on masonry practice rooted in the landscapes of coastal British Columbia. The work spans fireplaces, retaining walls, stairways, driveways, and custom exterior stonework, with each project approached as a piece of lasting craftsmanship rather than a job to complete.
Saul works primarily on residential projects throughout coastal and interior British Columbia, with scope and logistics considered on a project-by-project basis. He leads every project personally, bringing in additional hands on larger builds.
The work draws on locally sourced stone where possible, slate, granite, limestone, and quartz from the region, alongside specialty materials brought in for particular projects. Whatever the material, the priority is the same: a result that ages well, holds its integrity, and belongs to the place it was built for.
